This happy go-lucky young Lab we call Archie went out for a walk one day, and unfortunately ended up in a not-so-lucky situation when Animal Control officers picked him up. The officers thought surely Archie's family would come for him because he was obviously well-cared for, and already neutered. But, no one came. Which meant this fun-loving 2 year-old was facing the unthinkable. But, Archie's luck was about to change for the better. Atlanta Dog Squad saved Archie from death row and brought him into our program. We're happy to report that Archie did not let his time on death row spoil his upbeat outlook on life. A typical Lab, Archie is a friendly, outgoing, playful boy that loves people, water and going for car rides.
