This sweet little senior is Kimmer, an adorable Lab that was surrendered to an area shelter.  When we approached her cage, she stood up, wagged her tail and the rest is history.  It's still tough to believe that anyone could leave their 10-year old dog to spend the rest of its life in a shelter.  Well, Miss Kimmer will not have to suffer that fate.  Her demeanor is very gentle -- she didn't even make a sound when she met a cat in our vet's office. 

Kimmer is housebroken and good with other dogs and cats.   Kimmer still has a lot of life in her and is in good health.  If you're looking for a more mellow Lab that will make a wonderful companion, please consider taking Kimmer home with you.
