Meet Squad Dog Rocky who has been affectionately nicknamed "Rock Star" by those who have met him. Rocky is a sharp-looking boy with a lot of potential. Rocky does well with other dogs and is housetrained.

Rocky really loves to play chase and to wrestle with with his doggy friends. He's always up for a good game of tug-of-war or a session of fun-filled ball chasing. There are multiple scars on his face, legs, ears and torso so it appears he had a pretty hard life before he came to ADS. But that sure doesn’t keep him from loving people or his doggy playmates. He's extremely affectionate and bonds very quickly - he just loves to be petted and hugged. And he lives to go on walks! As a matter of fact, if he's left behind on a walk, he cries and cries at the door until you return. Rocky loves to sleep on his own big dog bed and he really enjoys his toys – especially rubbery bouncy ones. He's a little food possessive with other dogs - but it's easily remedied by feeding him separately. He has no food issues with people - you can take food and toys out of his mouth. Rocky really seeks to please. He's a big ol' bundle of love.
