Carmen has a very upbeat personality and is full of life. She's active and has a good amount of energy for a 4 year old. She is just thrilled to be out of Animal Control and with people who love her. Carmen is wonderfully youthful and puppy-like in her play and actions. She's looking for a family that enjoys exercise and activity.
