Chiffon is sweet and friendly with enchantingly caramel eyes and a lovely smile to match. She’s affectionate with people and other dogs; and she’s actually been known to play kissy face when she makes new friends. This is probably something her new family will want to discuss with her. She’s a very social girl.

Chiffon is only around a year old and is fairly calm for a young Lab. She has nice manners and listens well, so she’ll be a quick study learning new things. She seems to look at each new experience in her life as an adventure. She’s got a very positive attitude and is eager to start her new life.

Update from Chiffon's foster mom:

Chiffon does not like her name. She thinks it's too fancy, too soft. So I've agreed to call her Polly - as in "Polly-Esther". ;)

She is a very sweet girl and very attentive. Generally, she's calm and happy just laying at your feet or chewing quietly on a toy nearby. She likes to play chase with the other dogs, but knows when it's time to stop and come in for a rest.

We are still working on our housetraining and crate training, but she is a quick study and I think she will have that mastered very soon.

She eats like every meal is her last, but is not aggressive about her food or her toys. We are working on "sit" and "down" as her first lessons. She is eager to learn and responds very well to positive reinforcement. She even comes when called (so long as you don't call her Chiffon).
