SquadDog Chloe

Chloe wound up in local shelter due to a metro-Atlanta county's new anti-chaining law. Instead of bringing her inside, her owners released her to Animal Control. Apparently they felt that shackling a loving, friendly animal to something was the only way to go. Can you imagine?

Chloe is a beautiful and unique girl. She has the body of a Rottweiler - including the docked tail - combined with the coat and personality of a Golden Retriever. She's amazing. Our volunteers describe her as "very, very sweet ". She just adores kids and other dogs. Chloe is 4 years old and eagerly looking forward to spending the remainder of her years lounging around inside with her new family... where she belongs.

UPDATE:

Chloe is a doll! She plays wonderfully with all sizes of dogs. She's just great with everyone. She is absolutely amazing. She does seem a bit offended that we've put her on a diet - she needs to lose at least 15 lbs - but we're trying out some tricks to keep her happy about her new diet food. She's smart and affectionate - an overall sweetheart in every way!
