Dean is a really nice boy and a bit of a snuggle-bug actually. He's around 18 months old and makes friends wherever he goes.

He was picked up as a stray and wound up in danger at a rural shelter so we don't know anything about his past. After spending some time with him, shelter volunteers thought he was awesome and asked us for help. What we've learned since he's become e a Squad Dog is that he's pretty well behaved and a real sweetheart. We can’t imagine why his previous owner’s didn’t search high and low for him; he’s a wonderful boy.

Dean is eager to find a life-long, loving family of his very own. And we've promised him just that.

Dean can be eight feet away from you, spring up in the air, twist 180 degrees, and land in a sitting position at your side and lean into you in 3.7 seconds.

He is crate and house trained, extremely gentle, and is great with other dogs (especially the girls). Ladies, this is the canine version of Matthew McConaughey. He’s got a golden tan, has a surfer dude attitude, and a great chest (he goes shirtless all the time). He even plays the bongos without clothes on (he bounces up and down on his front paws in a rhythmical fashion when he gets all excited about you getting home).

Dean-a-reno is the sweetest of summer highlighted golden boys, and he wants to lounge around on your sofa, slurp a cool drink and cuddle. How can you resist?
