Frank is an 18-month-old Lab mix with a super sweet and gentle disposition. Some very nice folks at a local Animal Control called us about Frank. Some sicko had poured some type of caustic substance on this boy’s head. He was missing all of the hair on the top of his head and the skin was in terrible condition. But Frank was such a trouper throughout his ordeal that his new friends decided he definitely needed to be saved. When we heard his story and saw his pictures, we brought him in. Today Frank’s hair has grown back in and he is a wonderful love-bug. He can be a little timid around new people or things he doesn’t know, but that is totally expected after what was done to him. He has met a lot of really nice people since becoming a Squad Dog, so he’s learning that people can be very kind. His ability to trust grows every day. This boy has so much potential and so much love to share – he will become your most dedicated friend in a very short time.
