Lotto is truly one of the happiest dogs you will ever meet. This 18-month-old Lab mix is extremely friendly and greets everyone with a kiss or two. His entire body is constantly in wag mode - body and tail wiggling back and forth with cheerfulness. And as a perfect match to his shining personality, he's always smiling! He's great with other dogs and really loves kids too. Nothing makes his day better than hanging out with good friends and giving them smoochies while they rub his belly.
