Trixie is a true sweetheart. She became a shelter favorite even though she had a skin condition that made her not so pretty and approachable. The shelter staff fell in love with her but knew she stood no chance being adopted there because, despite her exceptional personality, she'd lost a lot of hair all over her head. We could see the beauty inside her and whisked her off to our vet. Now that she's getting proper medical care and nutrition - with a whole lot of love and hugs thrown in for good measure - she is doing marvelously. Her hair will be all grown back in no time. Think ugly duckling becomes a beautiful swan. Trixie is less than 2 years old, very polite and just a little on the shy side.
