Bellie Nellie, so named because she loves to have her belly rubbed, is a sweetheart of girl and ever so gentle with everyone she meets. She's one-year-old, house-trained and very well mannered. Whether inside or outside, her favorite pastime is lying at your feet on her back just waiting for you to rub her belly.
If you like a little more activity, Bellie Nellie is up for that too. She loves to retrieve, whether it's a frisbee or a ball. She's not an overzealous retriever that makes you throw til your arm falls off though. After about 5 fetches, she's finished and back at your feet enjoying your company. If you have chores to do, she understands and will follow you through the house, occasionally reminding you she’s there by walking between your legs. She's also very well trained. At such a young age, she already knows the commands of sit, shake and down. She's very good with her foster canine and feline roommates too, as well as the neighborhood children.
