Charlie is a great big love-bug - with extra emphasis on the “great big” part. This boy could easily be a prime contestant on The Biggest Loser –Canine Edition. He weighs in at a hefty 115 pounds and needs to drop a few dozen to get to a more comfortable size. He literally looks like a big brown bear if you see him from behind… which he admits is not his best side.
This deep, dark Chocolate boy is 9 years old and simply wonderful – a real love. Charlie doesn’t speak English – so if English is your primary language, he’ll have to relearn all the commands that he might already know. English is his third language, with Woof being his first, so he’ll need a little time to get the new words right.
Charlie’s house-trained, good with other dogs and kids too. And he absolutely loves to go on walks, although it doesn’t appear that his previous family took him on many. He prefers to be wherever you are and he bonds very, very quickly. He likes to stretch out at your feet and will check periodically to make sure you’re still there. If you need someone to tell you they love you every day, several times a day, Charlie is your boy.

Charlie is a character! He is the widest Lab I have ever seen. He literally looks like a brown bear! He is great though, very "jolly”. He’s a pretty good swimmer and he’s obsessed with anything that can be fetched!
