SquadDog Corky B

Happy, happy, happy is the best way to describe Corky B. He came into the shelter as a stray and decided to make the best of his situation. He made friends with the other dogs in his run and then proceeded to poke his paw through the cage every time someone walked by. He was bound and determined that someone would notice him and take him home. Well, his plan failed and soon his time was up. On his last day, he stuck his paw through the crack in the door and caught the attention of an ADS volunteer. What is left of his stubby tail started wagging and the next thing he knew, he was a Squad Dog.

Corky B is having the time of his life at his foster home, playing with all his canine and feline siblings, and greeting everyone with a big shake of his whole back-end (because his tail has been docked). This one-year-old Retriever mix is housetrained, crate-trained and he knows "sit". If you're looking for an even-tempered, good-natured happy boy, be sure to check out Corky B.
