Macadamia Nut – known as Mac by his buds - is a handsome boy, with a sleek, smooth, black-and-tan brindle coat. He has the fastest-wagging tail we’ve ever seen! He loves to play and climb and wrestle with his brothers and sisters. He is the definition of true puppy love!
Update from Mac's foster parents:
Mac is a strong, handsome little guy who exudes confidence… except he’s a big ol’ baby when it comes to human beings. He loves attention and is happiest when he is sitting next to you snuggling or giving big, wet kisses. He’s also very social with other dogs but humans come first. He’s fun, playful and extremely inquisitive – he even watches TV sometimes. He loves to go to the dog park, as there are many people and dogs to play with until he finally collapses. He loves to eat and his size is beginning to show it – he is about 50% larger than his sister and he is very proud of it. He sits very regally.
Mac will come when you call him, sit for treats and sometimes stays when told. He’s still learning what a leash is all about and has the housetraining at about 90% which really just depends if we are paying attention or not. He sleeps through the night and will stay in a crate – but will whine unless he is with another dog. He would be better if there was another dog to keep him company unless there is someone home most of the time and he’s allowed to sleep with people. He hasn’t chewed on any furniture but will rip the stuffing out of a toy if given the chance – we keep a supply of rawhides around. He has a medium activity level – fun but not hyper and is extremely loveable.
