Marco is a social guy and happy to meet everyone. He’s the first to welcome visitors with a wagging tail and a happy-to-meet-you smile. This playful boy has a beautifully colored coat – sort of on the reddish side of yellow. He likes to wrestle and has been know to initiate play with just about anyone and at any time.

Three-year-old Marco is a "talker". He tries very hard to communicate his feelings with “words”. Some people swear he can carry on a conversation with you and that you don’t even have to speak dog to understand what he’s saying. Come visit him and see if he can talk you into bringing him home forever.

Update from Marco's foster mom:

Marco is a great dog. He loves to be close and he’s wonderfully gentle. I would trust him to baby sit a kitten or newborn. He cranks it up and can play intensely with his dog buddies. When he’s wrestling and chasing, he's all boy but he always plays fair. Even the grumpiest dogs love him and he would be the star of the dog park.

Marco is learning fetch, sit, stay, and how to walk nicely on leash. He listens intently to your commands because he is so eager to please. And he is already housetrained. This sweet boy will be a wonderfully loyal companion never leaving your side. He deserves only the best from his forever family.
