Merry is a small, one-year-old black Lab who really loves people. She wound up in the shelter as a stray right before Christmas and waited for her owners to come find her and take her home for the holidays. But it was looking like a very sad holiday for Merry until the shelter staff gave her the good news that she was going to become Squad Dog. Her tail started to wag and her eyes lit up, and home she went for the holidays!

Once in her foster home, she discovered that she had plenty of dogs and cats to play with and that she had her very own crate to sleep in after playtime! Merry loves to run and play chase with all her foster family and she especially likes a good long walk around the block every day. Merry is housebroken and gets her business out of the way quickly so that she can enjoy all the sights and sounds on her walk.
