Adeline was surrendered to Animal Control when her family moved and couldn’t take her with them. She was quite confused about being left in the shelter but she countered her loneliness and worry by making as many new friends as possible. She’d give her very best happy-wiggle and her biggest grin whenever anyone walked by or looked her way. It didn’t take long and she had several people realizing she was definitely Squad Dog material.
Addy is a 2-year-old, housetrained, Chocolate Lab mix that’s great with kids. If you take her out in the yard to run around, she’ll usually just hang right beside you, leaning on your leg and trying to gaze into your eyes. Addy is not fond of sharing her family with other dogs, so she'll need to be the only dog the home.
She’s definitely a people person… she’s really happy when she has a human friend to hang out with. She’s lovable and engaging, and she’ll make one very lucky family quite happy.
