The unwanted sister, that's our beautiful Billie Jean. She and her brother and sister were found out roaming in rural Georgia and ended up at animal control. The owner came and reclaimed the male pup, but left the girls behind. Billie Jean's sister was adopted shortly thereafter. A shelter volunteer contacted us to make her part of the Squad.
Since she's joined the Squad, we've come to realize that Billie Jean is truly the pick of the litter. She's a wonderful, 1 year old, Chocolate Lab that is on the calm side for her age. She is learning to walk on a leash and would love to be your best friend and walking companion. Billie Jean is great with children, adults and other dogs.
If you're looking for a younger dog that is already pretty well-behaved, just needs some basic training, please come and meet our Billie Jean.
