SquadDogs Brad & Angie

Brad

Angie

Brad and Angie. Like their celebrity namesakes, this darling duo is attached at the hip. He's the handsome, quiet type and a little camera shy. She's a dark-haired beauty with a special spark for life. Although they are individually exceptional and certainly capable of surviving on their own, their commitment to each other makes them happy and complete.

These two black Lab mixes were found wandering in a subdivision with collars on, but no id tags. It's hard to believe, but no one came to the shelter to reclaim them. ADS learned how strong their bond is and decided to save and adopt them as a pair. We estimate that they are around 4 years old and believe they may be siblings

Angie is the livelier of the two, and she definitely takes the lead. It's normal to see her do something, and then to see Brad do exactly the same thing. He's the gentle giant, who is a bit more cautious when faced with new situations and people. But he warms up very quickly. They are adorable together, and interact well with kids and other dogs. At the first adoption event, Brad spent the majority of time lying on the floor receiving belly rubs.

If you are considering eventually having more than one dog, adopting a bonded pair makes a lot of sense. They get along and there is no transistion time as they enter the home on an equal level. This particular pair is awesome. All they need is a warm loving home to provide the perfect Hollywood ending to their story.
