SquadDog Tucker

Tucker’s family dropped him of at a doggie day care facility and never returned. When it became apparent that Tucker’s family wasn’t going pick him up, the folks at the day care contacted ADS to find Tucker a new home.

Tucker is almost 2 years old and we think he is a mix of Golden Retriever and Labrador Retriever, a “Goldador”. He is on the small side for a retriever – weighing in at about 65 pounds. Tucker does well with other dogs and likes to play.

Tucker has had some obedience training and knows sit, down, come and no jump. He knows his name well and responds best when he’s called “Tuck”. Tucker really enjoys a good scratch on the rump – and he shows it by marching with delight.

Tucker is great with adults, but we do not recommend him around young children. Tucker is a happy boy and will do well in a home with or without another dog to play with.
