Henley isn’t cute – he’s much more along the lines of exceptionally adorable. He wakes up every day in a good mood and he thinks of nothing other than having a good time.
His good humor is infectious, his grin, captivating. He had us giggling pretty hard as he played his own version of peek-a-boo when trying to get us to play. He has some gray on his face, but this boy is no old man; he’s only about six and he’s a perpetual puppy. If you put him in a room with a toy box full of things to play with he is happy and will spend his day emptying the box and playing with each toy. If you put him in a yard and toss a ball, he has his reason to live. This is no couch potato; he’ll play til you drop. Oh, and he does impersonations too… he snorts like a pig when he gets excited.
Henley is housetrained, knows sit and stay; and he’s good on leash too. He’s good with dogs and he adores people. This 90 pound boy is the essence of Lab – happy, good natured, playful and devoted. He is a Lab-lover’s dream come true.
