Sadie is a sweet soul that wandered into a family's front yard one day, layed down and didn't get back up. Luckily, the family took her in, cared for her and nursed her back to health. We wish Sadie could tell us about her life before that day and how she ended up on her own. We like to think it was a pretty good life. After all, Sadie has a lovely temperament and seems very well-adjusted.
We estimate that Sadie is between 8 and 9 years old. This charming black Lab has a heart of gold and is an angel in the house. When the good Samaritans who found her in their yard had to move away from Atlanta, we were more than happy for Sadie to become a Squad Dog.
Sadie is house trained and gets along famously with her two canine foster brothers. She knows a few commands -- sit, lie down and wait -- and is content hanging out with the family. In fact, her foster mom describes Sadie as a friendly, waggy, low energy dog happy...
